The original raw aluminium
Manifold was very rough on the welds and surface
after all the fabrication so it needed to be
treated to some form of cleanup.
The whole
manifold was wet blasted after grinding all the
welds flush so it looks factory.
The finished result was
probably better than I had initially expected.
It looks almost like it
was new from Nissan!
The alignment and fitting
of the manifold was near perfect as well, with
all hood and body clearances spot on. Just as
well I took the time and trouble to get it
right!
