(AMC) 1969 Javelin, Australian model. Originally a
343 Cubic Inch powerhouse with Auto.
The Javelin and
GMC Supercharger on 401 - 1999
The AMC '69 Javelin is currently
under a lot of construction and restoration by Glenn
( Turbine ) at home in his
garage. To see some examples of all the
work it takes to build up a classic from scratch,

The AMC 401 was out of a 1972
Javelin I have that was rolled over at 90MPH. It
survived, the roof was another matter!
Our next project -a '72 Javelin
Convertible, should be finished in 2020 the way we
are going!?

The complete car was originally
taken back to bare metal and high filled about
1990.
It sat around for a long time with
different bits and pieces being done to it
until work started in earnest in 2002.

The High fill had to be redone in
preparation for the final coat of the entire
engine bay.

Finally the engine bay has been
completed in Mazda Evolution Gold after all the
work of filling all the holes and blemishes.

The suspension has been done twice
and this time completely refurbished to original
specs in as new condition.
