'69 Javelin 401

Complete restoration/rebuild  1985 - 2004

Engine Bay Painted at LAST!!
	After much deliberation and mind changing we decided (or maybe it was Glenn's idea) to paint the whole car in Mazda Evolution Gold.
The engine bay was the first to be extensivly preped by Glenn to accept the paint with all the redundant holes etc filled and smoothed beforehand.
	The fire wall was not worried about because we plan to completely cover it in with a new panel probably in stainless steel polished to suit.
The suspension towers consumed a heap of time even though I had already put a lot of effort in on them 15 years back when I started this crazy idea.
	I must admit I would not have done as good a job as Glenn has done since starting this job in Ernest since I gave him half ownership!
Even the frame rails and eveything else under the Javelin will be like new or probably better.
	Not a bad paint job considering its his first, and probably not the last - I have a Starion that needs repainting as well when its finished.
