Once again Sandown
Race course hosted Melbourne's EasterNats on a bright and clear (MOSTLY)
weekend in April. The sunglare made it hard to cruise around and take
photo's of the CARPARK KINGS.
I figured most people would be photographing the
contestants, so why not get some shots of the forgotten gems of the
spectators.
After all if these people didnt come along to pay and
watch the action, it wouldn't happen!!
But as most are petrol heads, it figures they are going
to come to the show in some nice rides to be forgotten about in all the
smoke and adrenalin track action.
AS I was to lousy to enter and pay and I only had a few
hours to spare, I figured I could get some good pics for the website for
free!
An original American Muscle car the Ford Mustang is always going to be a
classic.

is unique.
From the original Monaro to the later Commodores all tricked up with
aftermarket wheels.
Shaker on the Monaro means those front runners
are not for looks alone!

Japanese.

The Mitsubishi Starion 2.0 Ltr is a proven performer on circuit race tracks in
Australia, even coming inside tenth place many times at Bathurst against
V8's .
